For the past 2 years, I’ve been crafting a CRM tool from the ground up—thinking through the “why,” shaping a system that scales, and making it work for B2B2C users.
Biggest win? Getting to lead this project with an awesome team that believed in me. And guess what—some of the best design decisions didn’t even happen inside Figma. Working closely with engineers sharpened my product thinking more than any wireframe ever could.
